Car, Truck, and Bike Show

Saturday's Events

The Men's Health Tune-Up is held each June to support National Men's Health Month.  Providers from AdventHealth Polk offer free information and health screening for men, and women, during the event. 

To help attract a crowd, we also host a free Car, Truck, and Bike show in the school's parking lot.  If you have a vehicle you would like to show, watch for information about next year's event. 

Location

After 5 years at Harmon Field in Tryon, the 2026 Men's Health Tune-Up was moved to the Polk County Middle School campus in Mill Spring, NC. 

The new location offered a few advantages for the Tune-Up and Car Show. 

• Better Parking for the cars, trucks, and bikes
• Centrally located in Polk County
• Air-conditioned space for the Tune-Up participants

The new facility worked well in 2026, so this will be the new home for the Men's Health Tune-Up & Car, Bike, and Truck Show.

Kiwanis Club of Tryon

The event starts early on Saturday morning, so make sure you get your free breakfast from the Kiwanis Club of Tryon.  Pancakes, Sausage, Fruit, Coffee, and Juice makes for a great start to the day.
